All the people with whom we work have completed their higher education, most of them graduates of the universities in Bucharest and Brasov, majored in mathematics or information technology. Our international project manager in Germany, Frankfurt am Main, is a graduate in economics of the university in Strasbourg, France, and an IT post-graduate of Siemens-Nixdorf in Wiesbaden, Germany. Large part of our people are highly experienced, having worked as software engineers to advance to project coordinators, and having held management positions with domestic and foreign companies. Command of modern languages such as German, English or French is part of our professional background. The European or US experience of our people in various software projects covers extensive periods, as some of the team members are presently residents of West European states. This gives us an edge in all technicalities and specialty talks with our present and prospective clients.

And last but not least a few words on Romania, which soon enough - in a mere three
years! - will be part of united Europe. The university system provides top-notch experts,
with the number of Romanian IT specialists higher than in most Old Europe states. Romanian higher education establishments have always been in the elite of European academic.

The total number of the people working with us domestically and abroad was 20 at the end of 2003. The average age is 32.
